Flora at 10 weeks

Flora has been with us a couple of weeks now, and she's turning into a real character.  Bold and adventurous with a highly inquisitive nature, she's into everything and always in the thick of the action.  She still has that "butter wouldn't melt, Andrex bog roll" look, although she can be a real monkey when she wants to be.

Flora likes to sleep with - or, ideally, on - one of us, and here she is on Harriet's lap.

The garden is endlessly interesting - especially the area behind the bushes which the cats use as a midden.  Like Isla before her, Flora loves to eat plants and chew pebbles (of which there is an endless supply since the garden is covered in slate chippings).

Little and Large.

Without any training - or, indeed, encouragement - Flora has taught herself to use the cat flap.  Absolutely fine at the moment, but I wonder what will happen when she's just too big to fit through the hole.

Lots of things to explore indoors, including shopping bags and all of Isla's "big girl" toys.

Isla and Flora will happily share a sofa, and frequently curl up together.

Flora the Explorer will try absolutely anything, including attempting to drink my coffee.

All that exploration is tiring, though, so forty winks are in order.
