Liverpool Albert Dock and Quayside

It's three weeks since I posted to this blog, and almost two months since I managed to pick up a camera.  Serves me right for taking on too many things, I suppose, but it's pretty dire all the same.

Continuing the exciting adventures of three intrepid Cambridge Camera Club members in The Wirral and Merseyside, here are a few pictures from a very windy Sunday morning in Liverpool.  This instalment includes images from the renovated Albert Dock and Quayside areas, which looked stunning in the October sunshine.

Out with the old and in with the new.

Domes galore on the waterfront.

Finally the Port Authority building in all its splendour.  This is a panorama of five vertical images, as this was the only way of maintaining perspective and still capturing all the detail.

Coming soon: some Liverpool reflections.
